Position: Sales Engineer
Location: DC area, District of Columbia, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-04-13
Industry leading company is seeking the best of the best security sales
engineer in Northern VA/
DC area. Excellent opporunity to work with the latest technology while
presenting leading-edge solutions for top clients.
Will work as part of a sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsiblities include but are not limited to:
* Responding to RFI, RFPs, RFQs, etc.
* supporting the sales team from a technical standpoint to develop and position
solutions to address the client's point(s) of pain
* acting in the capacity of being a Trusted Advisor for clients
* providing technical demostrations at the CXO level
* pre/post sales support
Great comp including uncapped bonus potential
JOB REQUIREMENTS

* CISSP or related certification(s) strongly preferred
* MUST be US Citizen or permanent resident
* Strong knowledge and experience with security and networking
* Solid security technical skills especially with Vulnerability Management
* Understanding of the sales process
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to successfully respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
* Previous SE experience (preferably 3-5 years)
* Proven track record of assisting sales team
* Excellent presentation skills
