Position: Database Security Engineer
Location: Riyad, , Saudi Arabia
Type: Contract

Database Security Specialist
A highly motivated person, easily able to adapt to a wide range of tasks with a
professional attitude. Excellent work initiative; capable of working in all
environments to precise standards, producing high quality results. Good
communicator, self motivated and performs well in isolation or as a team
player. Excels in a highly charged and demanding environment using many years
of commercial experience.
An experienced certified Security Consultant with experience in Risk
Assessments, BS7799, Oracle database security, and Penetration Testing for
databases.
Skills
• Security Management Consultancy Expertise
• Experienced in producing Businesses Impact Analysis & Security Plans as
well as ability to test those plans and measure their effectiveness
• Proven Training Expertise
• Ability to analyze database scanning reports and fix issues
• Conducting security assessment and setting annual plans for databases.
• Unix OS knowledge is an advantage
• Security Plan Testing
• Good Communication Skills - Ability to interact with people at all levels
• Valued Team Player
• Strong Negotiating Skills
• Experience user of Security Planning software tools including Strategy
• Experienced user of Oracle database and other databases will be an
advantage
• Conversant with ITIL and Prince 2 methodology as it relates to Security
• Conversant with ISO 17799
• Ability to conduct Business impact analysis as it relates to Databases
• Ability to developed and delivered “End to End” Security
Programmes and Security Plans
• Ability to develop a change control process for Security Plans to insure
usability and reflect the current situation in case of a disaster scenario.
