Position Summary:
The Sr. Product Manager for Security Solutions will be responsible for growing
the entire line of security solutions for all Digital Insight Online Banking
core products ranging from consumer Internet Banking through Corporate Cash
Management. Products include multi-factor authentication, identity theft
resolution, fraud shutdown and others in this growing suite of products. The
role will include ownership of the product vision, strategy, partner portfolio
management, roadmap release & planning, competitive analysis and positioning.
The resource will be the core leader for a cross-functional team driving the
Digital Insight solutions to market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) (30% of day) Sales, Client Relations and Alliances Support. This position
will act as the Subject Matter Expert for the larger and complex sales and will
support the three groups as needed for the various security products. This
position is also the escalation point for issues surrounding the various
responsibilities. May include speaking opportunities, client webcasts and demos.
2) (30% of day) Strategic Planning for current and future product offerings -
This position will help design the next generation products within Digital
Insight and with partners as well as prioritize and coordinate projects for
multiple engineering groups.
3) (15% of day) Requirements documentation: This position is responsible for
the business requirements for new projects.
4) (20% of day) Vendor Management. This position is responsible for the
management of the various partners that provide products and services. This
includes approving projects, negotiating contracts and monitoring invoices.
5) (5% of day) Provide excellent customer service skills across and outside the
organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Along with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful incumbent
will bring with them:
Education/Training/Work Experience:
1) Bachelor’s degree and/or solid experience in complex problem solving.
Masters of Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
2) 4 Years product management or similar experience in a security related role
or company.
3) Programming or similar technical experience is preferred. Programming or
similar technical experience is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Along with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful incumbent
will bring with them:
1) Prior experience working in or servicing the financial institution industry
strongly recommended
2) You are an expert in Security, including Identity Management, multi-factor
authentication, PKI, OS-level security constructs including Mandatory Access
Controls, identity theft and risk monitoring - and can apply your technical
knowledge to real world situations where customers have specific issues.
3) 8+ years experience in product management in a security related role or
company, preferably a high tech or Web site operations; banking or financial
services experience a plus
4) Applied skills in areas such as: Development of Web-based services, such as
ASP offerings, e-mail outsourcing, payment processing, etc.; Large-scale Web
site operations and development
5) Demonstrated history of success in high-performance organizations
6) Excellent communication skills
7) Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
8) Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
9) Ability to build business cases
10) Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
