Position Summary:
This position’s responsibility will extend across all DI personnel,
computers, data and facilities. This position will be responsible for managing
the tracking, reporting, incident escalation, investigation, communication and
final disposition of all IT security fraud related incidents within the
company. This position will also manage DI’s handling of DI-related fraud
that occurs at any of DI’s partners or customers.
This position will be responsible for overseeing the security support function
for Digital Insight in its entirety. Therefore this person will be responsible
for the management of personnel who are responsible for the following security
support activities:
• Security and operational alarms
• Product licensing and contract administration
• Purchasing and inventory control
• Change management coordination for security infrastructure and
authorizations
• Vendor management of outsourced security functions
• Physical access control
• Closed circuit surveillance systems
• Modem security
• Remote access administration and secure tokens
• Audit of internal security functions
• Security policy development and maintenance
• Security procedure development and maintenance
• Administrative tool development for security support activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage security support functions by overseeing activities of Security
Support Engineers and as required, personally perform the work of those
positions. This will result in properly configured alarms, properly licensed
software, adherence to badge policy, properly managed guard services,
operational and efficient CCTV infrastructure, approved paperwork for all
security actions and access changes, proper modem security, secure remote
access servers and tokens, and properly documented procedures and policies
• Manage fraud investigators and personally perform fraud investigations
as the need arises. Manage fraud incidents as they are delivered by customer
support, customers, partners, management, law enforcement, auditors, and
security personnel. Document, track and manage fraud incidents to the
satisfaction of DI management, law enforcement, customers’ management, and
the federal regulators
• Support security audits, SAS 70 audits, and federal audits on an
as-needed basis.
• Personally perform security support functions to support department
SLA’s during peak activity periods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
• Formal training in computer forensics and/or law enforcement
investigations.
• Seven years experience working in hands-on computer security or computer
fraud support
• Superb verbal and written skills required. Good teamwork and
interpersonal skills are required. Must have ability to interact fluidly at a
senior executive level.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to procedure and detail.
Self motivated and directed.
• Due to the nature of Internet and financial fraud, employee needs senior
or expert level investigatory skills.
• May have to travel to remote DI locations on occasion, as situations
arise.
