 Our client, a leading provider of IT Security and Compliance solutions, is 
currently seeking a District Sales Manager:

The individual will build and manage the Major Account Sales team to market our 
client's award winning IT Security and Compliance solutions directly to 
Enterprise clients. The individual will work with Eastern Regional Sales team 
to market our client's award winning IT Security directly these Clients, 
concentrating on the larger opportunities in the territory.

Responsible for penetrating accounts, closing sales and maintaining account 
relationships with various firms.
Responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with major 
Applications Software developers and ISVs, to capitalize on the integration of 
our client's email security and compliance technology with the major vendor 
solutions, including CRM, ERP, HRIS, SCM, financial and other applications.

The candidate should have experience selling directly to Enterprises, both to 
IT department and
to other CXOs.
Create and maintain a high-level presence and a network of relationships to 
facilitate sales and
promote alliances and partnerships.
Develop and maintain high-level relations with VP, CIO and CEO levels
Initiate and support, develop and monitor purchasing agreements between our 
client and
customer.
Position proposed solutions and calculates their value based upon customer's
strategy and direction.
Drive response to customer's key business problems; improve company position 
for current proposals while enhancing long-term relationships.
Establish multi-million, multi-year business plans with the accounts and 
communicating with other internal departments to gain internal support.

Job Requirements
High profile sales person with excellent communication and presentations skills.
Proven
successful ability to sell complex, multi-year, 500K to $1M software/business 
solutions/
business intelligence to the top.
Ability to develop relationships with the 'C' or VP level business users to 
sell based on business value.
Ability to interface with Sales Engineers and IT users to understand high level 
technical requirements.
Experience with IT Security (Firewall, IDS, Anti-Virus, etc.) or IT Compliance 
(SOX/ GLB) solutions highly desirable,
Global vision, creativity and long term planning ability required.
Utilize company's industry partners in full coordination with other functions 
in the company to
increase revenues in his accounts.
Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance accounting or computer 
science.
Direct sales experience to the Enterprises IT Security (Firewall, IDS, 
Anti-Virus, etc.) or IT
Compliance (SOX/ GLB)
Minimum 5+ years selling direct to F-500, with particular emphasis on Financial 
Services vertical.
Minimum 3+ years selling direct to the F-500 Enterprise Clients for start up 
software companies
Minimum 10+ years selling direct to the F -500 Enterprise Clients
Selling at the enterprise level C level - (not departmental level)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
List of enterprise F-500 Enterprise Clients and closed six figure opportunities
Strong references from customers and last 3 direct managers
