Position: Security System Administrator
Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-02-22
This role reports to the Director of Corporate Security who in turn reports
directly to the CEO. You will work in a fast paced environment where billions
of dollars in on-line transactions are processed monthly by an organization
that provides access to over 100,000 users on their systems. Details of the
position include following: Perform identity and access management functions
for all applications and systems (Primarily add, modify, revoke\delete);
Research, document and publish access security solutions and requirements;
Implement Security Access Request procedures and update as needed; Conduct
access reviews on a periodic basis to measure compliance with PCI; Assist in
external audits\assessments; Maintain and update documents and procedures
related to Identity and Access management for all corporate applications, and
systems; Work with Customer Support Center personnel, product managers, and
other departments to ensure that all applications, products follow internal Dat
a Security standards, policies, and procedures; Assist in establishing
enterprise security infrastructure components; Active participation in all
projects for security requirements; Provide 24x7 support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
or Associate degree and 8+ years experience. At least four years experience in
Information security (financial industry background preferred). Must be willing
to abide by the company’s values: Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Cost
Effectiveness and Excellence. You must demonstrate specific skills in the
following areas: LDAP, IAM (Identity access management); Hands on experience in
enterprise level identity and access management products in a large
organization; LDAP administration, Knowledge of portal and SSO solutions;
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, mainframe security concept and
solutions, popular databases and related security administration; Demonstrable
knowledge of security requirements of multiple O.S. & applications, network
security, remote access-VPN solutions; Must be able to work with all levels of
the organization and have excellent communication skills. Certifications s
uch as the CISA and/or CISSP are preferred.
