JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
        * Experienced Regional Sales Manager with a Minimum of 7-10 years of 
software sales experience.
        * Proven/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement in 5 of the last 
7-10 years.
        * Earnings history of $200,000+ in 5 of the last 7-10 years.
        * Track record of closing tactical and enterprise wide transactions.
        * Experience in applying solution selling methodologies to maximize 
corporate revenue growth.
        * Experience selling complex software-based solutions such as network 
security (Intrusion Detection, Firewall, VPN, and related technologies) or 
Network and Systems management solutions.
        * Successful track record of building start-up technology companies
        * College degree preferred.
