Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-02-09
LURHQ is seeking an experienced sales engineer to support a professional sales
team. As a sales engineer, you will responsible for supporting LURHQ sales
efforts from a technical perspective. Travel ranging from 30%-40% is required.
Responsibilities and activities will include prospective customer meetings,
technology demonstrations, and security architecture design.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
This role requires a well-rounded background in information security and
relevant information technology, best practices and standards and ability to
understand the tradeoff between business requirements to security risks.
Extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation of
market leading IPS/IDS, firewalls, and SIEM technologies is preferred.
Candidates should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, and an
assortment of relevant technical certifications such as CISSP & GIAC.
