Position: Security Engineer
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
Type: Permanent F/T

Our client has an immediate requirement for a very talented IT Security Analyst
to join their team in beautiful Fredericton, New Brunswick.
This company offers a very exciting and challenging environment.
Must Haves:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years IT security related experience in a fast-paced, highly technical
environment
- strong Linux/Unix experience
- experience identifying security risks to complex networks
- solid experience performing vulnerability assessments
- penetration testing experience
- experience with Firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems, etc.
- can think like a “hacker”
- outstanding communication skills and ability to work very well with a team of
highly technical professionals
- ready willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done, including
overtime
