Account Executives – Training Services
The positions available are for commission only Account Executives. You would
have very few territorial boundaries, and the potential for a six figure plus
income. Your sales activities will be national as well as global and will
include all of iVOLUTION’s current and future security course offerings.
You will be responsible for augmenting the qualified sales leads that we
provide to you with your own leads. You would also be responsible for
establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
Our commission structure is simple, generous and linear, and includes a bonus
plan. It is anticipated that an effective Account Executive should average 3 or
more open enrollment seats sales per day and one dedicated class per two week
period.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organize your territory according to iVOLUTION’s methodology
* Prospect new business
* Maintain portfolio of accounts
* Meet or exceed company standards of performance
* Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets as set by iVOLUTION
* Maintain Sales tracking and reports as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* Post-secondary education in business or commerce and/or equivalent
working experience, preferably in Business or Marketing
* Experience: Minimum 3 years sales experience and proven track record in
successfully building customer relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self Starter – able to work independently
Previous success in a similar environment
* Presentation and Demonstration Skills
* Be knowledgeable on all product offerings and services to maximize
business opportunities
* Understanding of network technologies and training environments an asset.
Corporate Requirements:
You would be self employed.
You will be provided with an iVOLUTION email address and VPN Access
