Senior Lead Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer with full life cycle
development experience and new product launch release experience.
Will maintain and support all versions/releases, as well as test and debug,
while working w/Dev and QA teams.
Strong project management leadership a must, while being a hands-on coder,
mentoring other team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Must have:
BSCS or BSEE
7+ years of C++/Java
Must have XML, Web Services, COM/ATL/MFC
Distributed/multi-threaded programming experience and expertise with algorithms
and data structures
Client side Windows and Linux preferred
This is a security software client so Senior Lead Software Engineer must have
prior work experience in cryptography or security.
