Position: Technical Support Engineer

Citigroup’s Technology Infrastructure organization provides worldwide
support to Citigroup businesses in the areas of network & telecommunications
support, systems and application services, and data center operations. With a
global network spanning more than 100 countries, Citigroup Technology
Infrastructure provides Citigroup internal business clients with local and
cross-border technology infrastructure services and integrated reporting and
management of their networks and data centers.
Responsibilities include providing the analysis of user requirements and the
integration and deployment of engineering approved Information Security
Technology solutions in a UNIX Security Infrastructure environment.
Additionally, this person will provide 24/7 on call support for infrastructure
security servers.
This position will provide an individual with the opportunity to be a member of
a dynamic technical team within Citigroup that has global responsibilities for
Information Security Operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Advanced knowledge of the UNIX operating system, Solaris and HPUX preferred.
*Experience with UNIX security applications, SSO applications, and system
security concepts also proficiency with shell programming and networking.
*Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills.
