Position: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Aylesbury, , United Kingdom
Type: Permanent F/T

My client, a world leader in network security and antivirus software, require a
motivated and professional individual to join their technical support team in
the UK.
The successful candidate will be involved in the ongoing support of company
products and be the first line of assistance to customers for both the English
and German experiencing technical difficulties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Required Experience:
Fluency in both English and German is required for this role.
Exposure to a range of computer operating systems and software with emphasis on
navigation, basic troubleshooting, upgrading, and some client/server operations
is desired.
At least one years of full time experience in customer care/customer support Or
Degree level education / research experience
Personal computing skills in Networking, Win 2000, XP, and NT workstation
Ability to multi-task and prioritise job requirements & strong personal
organisation skills.
