Position: Regional Channel Manager
Location: Copenhagen, , Denmark
Type: Permanent F/T

JOB PURPOSE
Working for this market leader in Security software solutions the role will be
to manage, coach and develop a team of SMB and Enterprise CAM’s to drive
my client’s products aggressively into the different geographical and
vertical markets through our channel partners. The team is responsible for
developing the relationship with my client’s distribution and reseller
partners. The responsibilities include recruitment, driving business planning,
sales development initiatives and supporting partners in selling my
client’s solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Please note that whilst this role is advertised as being based in Denmark, it
is also possible for the right candidate to be based in Sweden.
Must speak fluent English + Either Danish and/or Swedish
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 5 Years Channel Management experience
- 3 years management & coaching experience
- Proven track record in getting result through a 2 tier channel structure
- Proven track record with organisation that sell complex, network/security
related solutions
- Manages and coaches members of the technical services and professional
services organisation through their involvement with Channel Partners
- Competent and experienced in the application of CHAMP or other Sales/Business
methodologies (Miller Heinman, Powerbase, SPIN, JAWS TAS etc)
- Previous industry sector experience with software vendors or system
integrators (CSC, Unisys, IBM, HP etc)
- Broad and indepth understanding of the Channel Market
- Understands how to work with integrity through an indirect sales channel
model
