satisfied customers belonging to various industry verticals like Telecom,
Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing, ITeS, Financial, Energy & Power and software,
spread across India, Middle East and North America. IndusFace Consulting has
direct presence in most of the major cities in India as well as Canada whereas
in the Middle East its services are offered through partners.
We are currently looking at hiring a Head for our IS Consulting Division. We
were able to source your profile from some listings on the internet and the job
opening with regards to which I write this mail to you is one that we intend
finalizing on shortly. Hence a prompt response on whether you would be keen to
take up this assignment would help. The details of the job & candidate profile
are as under:
The candidate should possess a security certification - CISA or CISSP with 8-10
yrs of relevant Information Security experience and in the role of Head, IS
Consulting Division, he would be responsible for Pre Sales, Project Management
and would be the Technical Lead. He will have overall responsibility for entire
delivery of various divisions within the IS consulting division in our
organization for which we have individual heads as well:
• Consutling, Audit & Managed Services
• R&D
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Having an International exposure would be a definite advantage and an
experience in terms of interacting with customers / discussions / project
scoping / hiring / project management / project delivery skills is a must. The
candidate should have an overall understanding of Information Security
Lifecycle which includes: Standards & Guidelines - ISO 27000, BS7799, OWASP,
OSSTMM, BCI, NIST, HIPAA, SOX etc.
• Education Qualifications - Computer Science Engg + CISSP/CISA/CISM
certifications
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 yrs of experience
• Knowledge about IS products like PKI, SSO, IAM, IPS, IDS, Firewall,
AntiVirus etc
• Knowledge on Industry accepted tools for Penetration testing,
Application Audit, Vulnerability Assessment etc
• Key Skills: Project Managment, Pre Sales (Technical) skills like
understanding reqmts, scoping, designing etc
• Good to have: Understanding of quality processes like ISO, CMM etc,
ERP, CRM, Banking applications etc, international exposure especially North
American, Middle East markets
