The Solution & Architecture Services Group requires experienced Security
Consultant with strength in the Identity & Access Management arena. .
Job Description:
 Provide Identity & Access Management security expertise
 Ensure that delivered Identity & Access Management solutions
support identified business requirements
 Responsible for the design, development and implementation of
Identity & Access Management solutions
 Work with Customer Security Managers, Security Governance
Architects, Technical Architects, Solution Designers and senior levels on
client site, such as CSO, CIO and CTO’s
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
 Security specialist in Identity & Access Management
 Experience of working with IAM technologies from at least one
major vendor, ideally CA, Microsoft, IBM Tivoli, or Sun
 Proven experience in developing security policies, processes
and procedures
 Proven experience/participation in delivery of technical
security solutions
 Proven experience architecting multi-product security in
complex, large user population technical environments
 Can evaluate possible alternative solutions to technical
security and privacy requirements, such as authentication systems, single
sign-on methods and tools, application access control, identity management,
digital signatures, audit, monitoring, network and platform security,
 Understands cost, advantages and disadvantages of various
alternatives technical solutions
 Minimum 7 years information security experience, most of it in
senior technical or consultant positions
 Fast learner
 Good people and conflict resolution skills
 Programme delivery experience, preferably within the Financial
Sector whilst working for a major consultancy but other sector experience will
also be considered
 Awareness and understanding of BS7799
 Awareness of Regulatory Compliance issues highly desirable
Person Profile (essential/desirable qualifications, experience, knowledge):
Requirements:
 Proven experience working in a Security specialising in
Identity & Access Management
 Ability to formulate security policy, process and management
vision
 Experience with the BS7799 compliance/certification process
 Business Impact/Risk Analysis experience
 Knowledge and understanding of legislation affecting security,
privacy and systems assurance
 Experience with or awareness of enterprise architecture methods
such as IAF, or Zachman preferable
 Awareness of ITIL Security Management concepts
 Awareness of or experience with other IT Service Management
disciplines
 Delivery or assurance experience in multi-sourced environments
helpful
Education & qualifications:
BSc/BEng in engineering, computer science, physics, information technology or
related field,
CLAS, CHECK, CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications, CCNA, CCSE and/or MCSE a plus.
We would also prefer candidates to have previous experience in Financial
Services, though we will consider candidates from all industry and business
sectors.
Minimum of five years system development, administration, security and
experience.
