whose global practice is focused exclusively on professional and executive
level corporate security positions, is seeking candidates for the following
opportunity.
Sr. Engineer, Security Broadband Access
Compensation: $110-115K plus with up to 20% bonus & paid relocation package
Do you work with:
a software company that develops security products, such as firewalls?
a consulting company that evaluates client systems and then apply appropriate
encryption to the systems?
a developer of any products that require high levels of security to be
incorporated?
a designer, architect, and/or developer of customized security systems because
off-the-shelf products wouldn’t work or weren’t available?
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
* We are looking for individuals who understand cryptography and encryption
standards to the level that they know the mathematical and code level
differences between the various standards / algorithms AND can advise on which
standards to use for what.
* Candidates are NOT network-type systems engineers that have only implemented
secure solutions. Qualified candidates will be the one making the
recommendations and, often times, will be the one actually developing the code
/ systems that is using the encryption.
* MUST HAVE Bachelors in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
or other highly technical field. Masters is preferred.
* CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) is a definite
plus. Must be able to communicate and express yourself, and able to work
effectively in a team. Documentation is a large part of the job so good writing
skills are essential.
* Position requires a strong basis in cryptography and information security.
