Primary responsibilities are to provide support functions to sales team and channel partners for Bluesocket, Inc. In this mission-critical role, you will be the bridge to VAR partners and clients and will provide pre-sales product support and second-line post-sales support to both end users and partners. You will be tasked with creating proposals and with delivering technical presentations on Bluesocket’s products and services. In addition, you will respond to partner and customers’ technical questions and provide customer application and network engineering support. You will be a primary liaison point between partners, customers and internal R&D, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Required Skills: 7 - 12 years of direct industry experience as a Sales Engineer. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate at technical and non-technical levels. Thorough understanding of Local and Wide Area Networks and IP Protocols. Ability to work independently and to follow through on projects. Willingness to travel. BSCS/EE or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Experience in a software and hardware development environment.
