Position: Information Assurance Analyst

Citigroup's Technology Infrastructure organization provides worldwide support
to Citigroup businesses in the areas of network & telecommunications support,
systems and application services, and data center operations. With a global
network spanning more than 100 countries, Citigroup Technology Infrastructure
provides Citigroup internal business clients with local and cross-border
technology infrastructure services and integrated reporting and management of
their networks and data centers.
The Business Office is part of CTI Global Information Security. It will be
handling back-office functions for both CTI Global Information Security and the
Global Program Management Office (PMO).
Position Summary:
This position is a member of the Business Office. The area is responsible for
data analysis, metrics aggregation, and report generation and distribution. The
area publishes several weekly status reports for senior management and
maintains an online calendar of upcoming events across the organization. In
addition, the area is responsible for regulatory and compliance deliverables,
as well as Continuity of Business planning and Records Management inventory and
documentation.
Supervision/Staffing Responsibilities
General Supervision by the manager; staff members help train each
other. Assist with coordination between remote team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Produce weekly and monthly metrics and status reports. Ensure the
integrity of the data and reports and timeliness of distribution.
2. Maintain the online calendar of upcoming events.
3. Assist with the completion and submission of regulatory and compliance
deliverables.
4. Update the Continuity of Business plan and documentation.
5. Update the Records Management inventory.
6. Assist with headcount/resource analysis.
7. Support management by providing ad-hoc reporting when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
1. 1-2 years of experience is required
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts),
Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
2. Programming skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Perl, and CGI
3. Exceptional organizational skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Excellent writing skills
6. Excellent problem solving skills
7. Ability to thrive in a team setting
8. Bachelor's degree is required
