CTI Global Business Continuity Services supports and manages all DC Testing
activity for TI worldwide as well personnel testing activities globally.
Additionally, the group manages all Corporate CoB activities for CTI ensuring
compliance with regulatory and internal controls, as well as providing external
coordination of activities for industry sponsored events.
This position plays an integral role as part of the North America CTI BCS
Documentation and Control team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring
the accuracy, quality and completeness of technical documentation for Data
Center Recovery Testing and technical CoB plans in North America. This includes
the development of management reports and the escalation of potential issues to
appropriate levels of management. Additionally, the position is responsible for
ensuring plans are compliant with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities will include: Quality Assurance, Distribution, approvals and
management of a centralized repository - Additionally, candidate will serve as
an interface to audit and compliance functions internally. Individual will be
responsible for the preparation of reports for control and compliance issues to
management, as well as corrective action plans.
Opportunity to develop and implement standardized technology recovery plans for
NA TI across multiple disciplines with global potential.
Coordination of functional tasks between team and staff members to ensure team
goals are accurately fulfilled.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
3-7 years of experience with audit, compliance, control, or risk is required
Data analysis experience is required
Strong organizational skills, Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent project management skills with proven ability to mange cross
functional projects
Experience in large enterprise environments
Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and listening skills
Must be able to work under pressure, prioritize and organize work, as well as
work as a member of a team
Must be comfortable with technical jargon and understand various platforms,
networks and applications that make up the world of Technology Infrastructure
Excellent problem solving abilities, proven ability to meet challenging
deadlines and proven ability to prioritize business objectives
Must be self motivated and be able to immediately contribute to a fast paced
deadline intensive environment
Strong MS Word and Excel skills required
MS Access and Business Objects experience is a plus
