Senior Solutions Architect
*Senior Solution Architect is an experienced technical resource primarily
responsible for solution design and technical assurance on medium to
large-sized practice or solution implementation engagements. Have in-depth
knowledge in multiple technical disciplines, and are the key technical resource
throughout the engagement lifecycle. Senior Solution Architect is an individual
contributor role.
*8-12 years experience
*Bachelors Degree Required, Masters Preferred
*Extensive technical and solution design skills
*In-depth understanding of IT and computing architectures
*Ability to deliver multiple, concurrent engagements
*Performs solution design and technical assurance on medium to large-sized,
practice or solution implementation engagements. May also be involved in
solution development and delivery.
*May lead other consulting resources on medium engagements. Supports
large/complex engagements.
*Has deep knowledge and experience in multiple technical disciplines such as
platforms, infrastructure, networks, operating systems and applications. May be
certified in one or more products and disciplines.
*Participates, as necessary, throughout the consulting process including pre-
and post-sales support, analysis, planning, design, and implementation. Is a
key technical resource in pre-sales activities.
*Manages peer client technical relationships throughout engagement lifecycle.
*Manages client expectations during the engagement
*Identifies and resolves issues, and escalates, as appropriate.
*Identifies additional sales opportunities resulting from engagement work,
where appropriate.
*Provides community leadership through mentoring junior team members,
encouraging individual development, contributing to intellectual capital
development, and sharing best practices.
*Participates in the identification and development of new practice offerings
*Achieve utilization goals by providing high quality and efficient delivery
services
*Work with assigned team to help achieve delivered revenue objectives
*Achieve client satisfaction goals
*Achieve technical knowledge and individual MBO¿s
70%: Customer Billable
20%: Other Usage (CNR, Bus Dev, Pre-sales, etc.)
10%: Administrative
