Senior Software Engineer &#150; UNIX/Networking/Security


JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a dynamic growth company in Milpitas, CA, specializing in next 
generation SSL security solutions and technologies. We have an opportunity for 
a talented, accomplished, and driven software engineer with a passion for 
software development and networking technologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be responsible for the 
architecture, 
design, and implementation of high-performance network security software 
products. 
You will be an integral part of the Array engineering team and will participate 
in 
all aspects of software development. Expect to work in a fast-paced startup 
environment.





JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Job Responsibilities:

&middot;        Design and develop new product features
&middot;        Enhance existing product capabilities
&middot;        Work creatively on architectural improvements and solutions to 
challenging technical problems. 


Job Requirements:

&middot;        Expert C/UNIX programming skills
&middot;        Extensive UNIX kernel development experience
&middot;        Extensive protocol-level development experience with TCP/IP 
networking
&middot;        L7 protocol development experience (e.g. HTTP) is a plus
&middot;        Experience with SSL or IPSec VPN design and development is a 
plus.
&middot;        Advanced software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills
&middot;        A self starter - highly motivated, able to contribute and 
acquire new technical skills with minimal guidance
&middot;        Good verbal and written communication skills

Most qualified applicants will have a minimum 5 years of professional C/UNIX 
software design and development experience on relevant projects, as well as 
knowledge of computer science fundamentals equivalent to an MS.
