Position:       Security Engineer
Location:       Denver, Colorado, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Closing Date:   2005-11-07

&#149; Provide pre and post technical support to inside and outside sales teams 
as required, supporting a specific geographical region (e.g., Northeast, NY 
Metro, Great Lakes). 

&#149;  Manage the end-to-end technical component of the sales cycle, including 
product presentations, demonstrations, product evaluations, pilot deployments, 
and production implementations.  

&#149; Act as a technical account manager for large enterprise customers as 
appropriate, including acting as a Single Point of Contact for product issues, 
both pre- and post-sales.

&#149; Involve Product Management, Enterprise Support and Research and 
Development teams as appropriate to ensure successful adoption of Zone Labs 
technology.

&#149; Working with the Channel Sales Manager, identify, train and mentor 
reseller and systems integrator partners.

&#149; Attend trade shows, conferences and marketing events as needed.

&#149; Build and maintain client relationships.

&#149; Up to 70% travel is required.




JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
&#149; BA/BS in a technical discipline; Masters&#146; preferred.  MBA a strong 
plus.

&#149; 4+  years of Technical Sales/ Sales Engineering, with a proven ability 
to provide technical leadership.  2 years minimum selling and/or deploying 
security technology to the Enterprise.

&#149; Previous management experiences a strong plus.
