Assist Program Manager to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities 
are carried out in accordance with specified individual program objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with planning and development of methods and procedures for 
implementing programs.  Exercises control over specific functions or phases of 
programs.  May specialize in managing individual programs or multiple programs 
based on scope of project.
Coordinates activities concerned with implementation and carrying out 
objectives of programs.  Assists in preparing for and participating in Program 
Reviews:  FDR, Mod Readiness Review, Post Interior Removal Review, 2 
PMR’s, and Test Readiness Review.  Includes arranging program related 
travel and program review logistics.  Confers with staff to explain program and 
individual responsibilities for functions and phases of program.  
Develops and reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is 
being accomplished toward specified program objectives.  Assists in maintaining 
Program Action List.  Assists in maintaining program master schedules by 
obtaining schedule commitments and status from GTI groups.  Assists in 
administering program change orders – gathering input and tracking status. 
 Assists in providing Boeing with interior component status, and prepares 
program reports for superiors.
Monitors expenditures for accordance with budget allocations.  Assists in 
maintaining and ensuring accuracy of Program Cost Worksheet, and providing 
financial health reports to Boeing.    
Recommends modification or change methodology as required to redirect 
activities and attain objectives.  
 
Education and/or Experience                                     
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering from four-year college or university 
combined with up to six years of related experience; or four to 10 years 
related experience and/or training.
Comments        
This Assistant Program Manager reports to the Director Program Management at 
GreenPoint, a Kirkland Based Aerospace company. This person ensures 
implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with 
specified individual program objectives across the matrix of the organization 
(certification, purchasing, customers, etc.).

Qualifications 
• College degree with 2 years of related aerospace experience; or four to 
6 years related experience and/or training. 
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. 
• Ability to write meeting minutes and correspondence using original or 
innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive 
speeches and presentations on complex topics to employees 
• Ability to comprehend and apply principles of modern algebra, and 
statistical theory. 
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide 
range of intellectual and practical problems. 
• Knowledge of Accounting software; Database software; Internet software; 
Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. 
• Effective people skills
