The Qualys Customer Support Representative (CSR) will provide email and phone 
support to our customers, with the primary essence of the job to ensure 
customer satisfaction via consistent communication throughout the customer 
lifecycle. The CSR will be responsible for servicing customers during new 
customer introduction calls, proactive calls when account activity is low, and 
in advance of their renewal dates to ensure roadblocks to renewal are 
addressed. Other duties will include managing the preparation and shipping our 
Qualys scanner appliances and purchase order processing. 




JOB REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2+ years of experience in a customer service support role. 
- A strong customer orientation and possess an excellent work ethic.
