Position: Security Auditor
Location: Northern NJ, New Jersey, United States
Type: Permanent P/T
Closing Date: 2005-10-27
Lead the IT Banking Risk Management practice in NY, NJ and neighboring states
for one of the 8
largest accounting firms in the country.
Key priorities include:
* developing our client's IT risk management presence in NY, NJ and neighboring
states;
* providing thought leadership in the banking and IT Audit/Security market;
* leading IS and operational audits,
* evaluating IS operations to ensure data security and integrity;
* leading the planning, evaluating, and testing of IT controls for SOX and
financial audits;
* participating in planning and implementing of client information systems,
including architecture, process, and security;
* communicating with audit committee and board members;
* participating in designing new product
offerings, identifying additional client needs, and generating new business
leads, and
* business development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This role requires an energetic professional with 10 plus years IT
Audit/Security experience, expertise in financial institutions, and a CPA.
The ideal candidate has
* 10 plus years IS auditing/security experience;
* Network experience (Novell, Windows 2000 or 2003);
* knowledge of midrange series computers (IBM i-Series, Unisys, NCR, IBM 3090);
* knowledge of relevant banking regulatory and professional standards (FFIEC,
COBIT, IIA,
PCAOB, etc.)
* Exposure to security packages is a plus (RACF, TOPSecret, ACF2).
* Bachelors Degree and CPA are required;
* CISA, CISSP and CIA are desired.
* Base salary is in the low to mid $100's.
* Local candidates are preferred.
