Account Sales Manager
Location: Alameda, California
Salary: Compensation includes generous base pay and benefits plus very 
competitive and substantial commission earnings potential.

Description:
Our client is an HP-Exclusive Business Partner, experiencing significant growth 
in our business. Our client is a leading provider of HP Equipment and Services 
and is currently looking for an Account Sales Manager. This position will be 
based out of the company's headquarters in Alameda.

The ASM will be responsible for selling the company's product suite directly to 
customers in the Bay Area. The ASM's responsibilities will include developing 
and following up on sales leads, generating new major account leads, 
demonstrating, managing, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.

Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s degree and willing to invest in making themselves the 
best Account Sales Manager possible.
•  4+ years Outside End-user consultative business sales experience is 
required.
•  Solid understanding of Solutions Selling, Enterprise Server, Storage 
and Systems Management Products.
•  Has knowledge of Enterprise Products, specifically UNIX, Itanium and 
Storage.
•  Existing End-User customer relationships that can be leveraged.
•  Understanding of how to cultivate value-based sales relationship with 
customers and how and when to involve HP sales team for the benefit of the 
customer.
•  Superior professional presence and business acumen with excellent 
written and verbal skills.
•  Demonstrates strong responsibility and accountability for results and 
performance.
•  Proven territory development skills and an understanding that growth 
requires making both prospecting and sales calls.
•  Energy and a positive attitude, looking to make more money than made in 
the past.
•  Professional performer as a “hunter”, 
“self-starter”, “results-oriented”, “driven” 
individual.
•  Has existing End-User customer relationships that can be leveraged 
(customer references will be checked)
•  Realizes that the key to building a business is making prospecting and 
sales calls
