PETERSBURG, Florida, United States Type: Permanent F/T Closing Date: 2005-10-15 - Work as part of a team of InfoSec professionals supporting a global environment - Serve as the corporation's focal person for all Information Security event management activities, including but not limited to: intrusion detection and prevention; event correlation; and log file consolidation - Escalate issues to the InfoSec Incident Manager as required - Serve as main point of contact with an outsourced security operations center (SOC) - Strive to continually increase the level of value derived from outsourced SOC agreements - Respond to customer's, partner's and auditor's request for information regarding the corporate security event management capabilities - Coordinate support issues with security event vendors and impacted IT support staff - Maintain policies and procedures related to Information Security event management - Assist Incident Response manager with the documentation of incidents - Coordinate other InfoSec projects as required JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- - High school diploma or equivalent required.
