We currently have an exceptional career opportunity for a Sr. Process
Excellence Manager to join our Global Information Services (GIS) team in our
Islandia, NY World Headquarters. GIS provides CA employees and customers with
powerful, secure, and reliable infrastructure and applications that allow
business to be done easily and productively.
Sr. Process Excellence Manager candidates must exhibit a high degree of
professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm. Your prior process
improvement and compliance experience will help qualify you to be responsible
for reducing compliance costs and improving the operational effectiveness of
the GIS organization. Duties will include communicating with and reporting
process metrics and project progress to the IT Governance, SOX PMO, Process
Owners and GIS teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have 5 or more years of related experience in process
improvement and identifying and leading IT process change. Outstanding
communications skills, proven ability to train and mentor staff, and an ability
to analyze information and develop solutions to complex problems also required.
Business travel of approximately 25 percent yearly is expected for this
position. Six Sigma Certification is desirable. Bachelor's Degree in
Technology, Business or related field preferred.
