Position: Security Consultant
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE: CA) is one of the world's

currently looking for a qualified Sr. Consultant, Unicenter to join our Sales
team in Charlotte, NC.
Sr. Consultant candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism,
customer service, and enthusiasm. Your prior demonstrated and applicable
Software or Pre-sales consulting experience will help qualify you to be
responsible for delivering high level presentations and demonstrations, while
assisting the sales organization in the completion of the sales cycle.
Knowledge of CA-Unicenter, HP OpenView, Tivoli, and/or BMC products.
Responsibilities include acting as a technical liaison to the customer, while
interacting with multiple departments within the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have 7+ years overall experience as an IT practitioner with
previous background in Software/Pre-sales consulting. 3+ years experience
required in the Enterprise Management space, including experience in UNIX,
WNT/2000, SAN, LAN/WAN, and/or Wireless technologies. Qualified candidates will
also have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and strong
communication skills. Flexibility to work occasional west-coast hours. CCNE,
CCNP, CCIE, and/or SAN certifications a plus. Future promotions and
opportunities may include travel and/or relocation. BS degree preferred. This
position requires 40% travel and eligibility for clearance.
