Position: Customer Support
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

My client, a provider of network security devices, is seeking a Customer
Support Engineer to be part of their team providing 24x7 technical support to
their customers. You will provide remote technical support, act as a liason to
Engineering, produce technical field bulletins, provide timely updates for all
owned cases to their tracking system, and provide support for their new
production introduction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Experience in EE/CS or equivalent in other technical areas. CISSP certification
preferred.
3-5 years experience in technical support role interfacing with external
customers, and a solid understanding and hands on experience with network
security products such as firewalls, routers and Intrusion Detection Systems.
Experience reproducing network issues in switched and routed environments.
No relocation available - must be local resident and have proof of right to
work in the U.S.
