Position: Customer Support
Location: Columbia, Maryland, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2005-09-21
We are seeking individuals to join our support team to assist our customers
with product installations, helping customers configure vulnerability scanning,
deploying passive vulnerability sensors, configure devices such as intrusion
detections systems and firewalls to work with our products, and many other
tasks. In addition, Tenable's support team also has input into Tenable's QA
process and product development. Members of the support team will work closely
with Tenable founders, Renaud Deraison and Ron Gula.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified individuals will have a college education, 2-4 years of experience in
operating UNIX applications for an enterprise and at least 1 year of Windows
enterprise experience. Specific experience in Tenable products is not required,
but is desirable. Specific experience in security tools such as Nessus, Snort,
Tipping Point, ISS Proventia, Checkpoint or Cisco products is also not
specifically required, but highly desirable. Applicants must be willing to work
in Columbia, Maryland and have excellent written and oral English communication
skills.
