Working with Information Security, Technology Services and Risk Management he/she will be heavily integrated in establishing security direction and providing leadership in support of programs and projects to ensure that the solutions are in line with the corporation’s enterprise security strategy, Identity/Access Control and Risk Management objectives. To include the development and oversight of security compliance on the Mainframe/Midrange computing platforms, which includes the security conceptual design, engineering, access controls and architecture, while balancing business and policy requirements within the appropriate risk based security model. He/she will be accountable for integrating the security posture within products, applications, technologies, services and standards. They will have extensive experience successfully managing large projects from inception to implementation and are able to lead multiple groups in a high performance culture and building and developing high performing teams. To accomplish this, the candidate will utilize best practices and develop, where necessary, standards and guidelines to configure, document and continually improve the organization’s system configuration and security posture to include compliance, security audit management, user and system access controls, privilege review and database security. The individual will also be expected to recommend the approach for assisting in the development of the core functions within the Large Systems Information Security organization building and developing high performing teams. Responsible for developing, implementing and continual assessment of diversity recruiting strategies that will ensure Technology Services and Corporate diversity goals are achieved. Proven and demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to collaborate and influence various groups, fostering and creating a common understanding regarding the present and future state of security architecture across technical and managerial levels. Interface with key stakeholders to determine business requirements in an effort to tailor solutions that balance security with business functionality. Manages seven figure budgets with responsibility for cost factors and efficiency rates of department to ensure organizational goals are met. Maintain relationships with external experts, vendors, consultants, and other CIO/CTO groups to remain current on trends, technologies, and solutions within financial services and other industries. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Requirements: 7+ years Senior Information Technology Management experience including five years of security technologies, security certifications (CISSP, CISM, and CISA). BS in Computer Science or related degree, MBA preferred. Demonstrated results in achieving process improvements, productivity improvements, and innovative solutions. Must be familiar with mainframe systems (zOS Operating Systems/Online Transaction Processing/Database Management/Mainframe network software and systems) and Midrange platforms (AS400, Open MVS), and have a working knowledge of security issues, threats, and solutions for each platform. Strong leadership, influencing, consulting, partnering, working relationship management and negotiating skills. Must have experience working with system and user access controls, compliance tools and/or methodologies, strong technical and architecture skills with multiple Information Security disciplines. Proven broad and strategic leadership skills with stron g ability to coach team and ability to hire, train, develop and retain exceptional talent.
