Position:       Sales Representative
Location:       Houston, Texas, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Closing Date:   2005-09-12

* Develop new customer accounts by marketing EnCase Enterprise Edition via 
e-mail or direct mail and telephone to mid-sized firms. 
* Initiate proactive outbound telemarketing calls daily to obtain new business. 
* Close as many orders over the phone as possible 
* Arrange for customer visits as required to close orders 
* Identify opportunities for customer development and revenue growth 
* Phone follow-up on all trade show, demo request and bingo leads 
* Phone follow-up on purchased list 
* Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment 
* Turn product inquiries into sales and up sell when possible 
* Assist customers with product selection, pricing and payment method 
* Record gathered information into database while moving customers along the 
sales cycle. 
* Maintain professionalism and proper etiquette through all forms of 
communication 
* Inform supervisor of any pertinent customer concerns/issues 
* Comply with company policies and procedures 



JOB REQUIREMENTS

* 3-5 years of experience in tele-sales in enterprise security software market. 
* Proven track record of exceeding individual quota above $600k annually. 
* Ability to conduct business over the phone involving prospecting, selling, 
and servicing new and existing customers. (Cold Calling) 
* Proven track record of closing sales using effective and aggressive 
negotiation techniques. 
* Skilled in selling into large corporate accounts. 
* Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients 
* Organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills. 
* Able to work independently and prioritize tasks 
* Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be a part 
of a world-class sales and support organization 
* Proven ability to communicate with customers, exchange information and 
review/analyze customer's wants and needs. 
* Strong analytical skills and superior customer service orientation. 
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
* Knowledge of CRM's, and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and 
Access 
* Strong Web proficiency
