The Inside Sales Manager directs all aspects of outbound phone sales operations 
and manages a team of Inside Sales Reps. Implements and reviews phone sales 
policies and procedures. Supervises, trains, and develops representatives; 
resolves conflicts; ensures team's performance consistently meets established 
standards; and takes required corrective/developmental action to remedy 
deficiencies. 

The Inside Sales Reps are responsible for generating new business opportunities 
through prospecting and cold calling potential accounts, the reactivation of 
dormant accounts and the continued development of the existing client base.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
· Bachelor's degree 
· 5+ years of successful experience in technology sales 
· 3+ years as a successful team manager (player/coach) 
· Experience in proactive outbound telephone sales with aggressive close 
ratios 
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
· Formal solution sales training 
· Competent computer skills a must; Contact management software 
experience preferred 
· Entrepreneurial spirit - takes ownership, doer, thinks outside the 
box, welcomes new challenges 
· Detailed oriented and extremely organized, yet flexible enough to 
adjust style to a fast paced environment
