Continued expansion and demand opens opportunities for a new account manager in 
the Bay Area to cover Silicon Valley and the Pacific North West. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for managing the sale of Foundstone services and education 
throughout the Central region.

Desired Attributes:

1.      Customer Relationships – Candidate must be able to develop and 
maintain relationships with CSO’s and CIO’s in the Central region.  
Candidate must be able to develop and execute a plan with his or her team to 
broadly and deeply engage Foundstone executives with customer executives on a 
consistent and ongoing basis. Great customer/partner relationships should be 
the result across entire territory.
2.      Customer Satisfaction – Candidate must be able to leverage all 
solutions and resources to exceed customer value expectations and maintain high 
customer satisfaction.
3.      Disciplined Metrics Approach –must meet or exceed established 
goals on a monthly, quarterly basis.  Must be comfortable performing in a 
metrics driven organization.
4.      Opportunity, Activity and Territory Management - must embrace the 
notion of ‘sales discipline’ and leverage a well thought out 
Opportunity and Territory Management plan to rapidly develop territories into 
revenue contribution and rapidly move opportunities through the pipeline.
5.      Teamwork – The candidate should be able to develop relationships 
and demonstrate leadership working with all level of little c’s (our 
internal organizations), our partners, and big C’s (external customers).
6.      Experience -  5-10 years demonstrated sales experience with consistent 
track record of success.  Security and professional services experience 
required.  Must have a broad understanding of our customer’s environments 
and be able to intelligently and strategically discuss Foundstone service 
delivery capabilities as they relate to Foundstone’s services and client 
needs.  Knowledge of networking, application security, and risk management 
highly desirable.
