Position: Security Researcher
Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2005-08-22
A new team is being built from the ground up at a reputable, stable, and
enterprise company ($26 Billion). Our client is looking for a lead technical
research engineer in the vulnerability exploitation field. You'll be working
in an extremely mission-critical environment, as the go-to person for the
latest preventative security implementations.
The right person will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Ethical Hacking/ Malware Analysis/ Reverse Engineering/ Vul Assessments/
Debugging and Disassembly/ Protocol Analysis/ Internal Consultation to VP's and
other mgmt re: vulnerabilities and the risk associated with those/ Hiring
assessments - technical interviews test development - mgmt advising on
candidates abilities.
We're looking for C/C++ or x86 skills re: security vulnerabilities. Skills and
experience are key: Forensic examination, systems review, app - web servers,
database and perimeter security devices.
Keep in mind: we're not looking for a firewall administrator here - we want a
specialist. If it's you, let's talk.
