Technical Account Manager - Atlanta
Radialpoint is a world-class supplier of value added security services to ISPs.
We are rapidly growing and are looking for dynamic individuals who are
self-starters and want to be part of a successful team.
Responsibilities
· Being the technical interface for Bell South, based in the Atlanta
region, in collaboration with the Client Services Director, who is in charge of
servicing the account, with support from the Montreal based headquarters.
· Following success at BellSouth, the role will expand to include
servicing a broad client portfolio with some of the world's leading broadband
service providers.
· Collaborating with various teams at Radialpoint including: Project
Management, Technical Support, Network Operations, Professional Services,
Product Management, and Engineering.
· Ensuring development, management, and ownership of the clients'
technology lifecycles.
· Delivering strategic guidance and ensuring technical success of
software implementation and integration projects.
· Acting as customer advocate for internal teams.
· The position requires travel approximately 25% of the time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
· Prospective candidates should have at least 5 years of technical,
customer facing experience in the Broadband Service Provider or software
industry.
· Direct leadership experience in systems integration, software
application development, database management, quality assurance testing, and
technical support with large customer call centers.
· Excellent communication abilities in English, both in verbal and
written form.
· Understanding of and ability to work within the operational
constraints of large telecommunications and cable broadband companies.
· Exceptional analytical troubleshooting abilities, especially in the
realm of consumer broadband environments with CPE such as DSL modems, routers,
and wireless gateways.
· Excellent interpersonal skills: diplomatic, professional and composed.
· Innovative, creative approach to problem solving.
· Results-oriented, can-do attitude.
· Prior experience and relationships with BellSouth preferred.
· University Degree or formal training in IT or Engineering.
