Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Oklahoma CIty, Oklahoma, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2005-08-21
The position serves a part of that team and has customer-facing responsibility
to internal clients. This position will manage and be instrumental in global
information security, computer networking security and computer operations
security. This is an individual contributor role position; collaborative
mindset along with a strong belief in “buy-in” selling to achieve
goals is a must.
Specific Responsibilities:
•Champion the global information security initiative across the entire
organization.
•Accountable for functional design, architecture, implementation and
maintenance of global information security standards, procedures, and
guidelines for information systems across all platforms and infrastructures.
•Responsible for designing programs for user awareness, compliance
monitoring, and security compliance; maintaining information security devices
and software; monitoring compliance procedures; resolving security policy
issues.
•Ensure business continuity and provide disaster recovery globally.
•Plan, direct and coordinate activities of technology and business unit
projects to ensure objectives are accomplished on time and in line with
business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position requires an individual who has had a minimum of 7 years (prefer 8
to 10 years) experience in information security, computer networking and / or
computer operations. Individual must have the ability to relate business
requirements and risks to technology implementation.
•Two years of experience may be substituted for each year of college.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
•BS degree in Computer Science or a related field. MBA would be a plus.
•Required Certification: CISSP
•Preferred Certifications: CCSE, CCSA.
