Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2005-08-14
We're looking for a seasoned Information Security Controls vet who's interested
in owning the compliance and operational side of a new and growing information
security team. This is a large enterprise company in the heart of Chicago and
a stable one at that.
Responsibilities include the following:
Corporate Asset Integrity/ Staff, Budget, Project Guidance/ Policy, Procedural,
Standard Development surrounding Business and Regulatory Reqs/ Access oversight
- Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Systems.
To Do's:
Design and Implement both sec policies, procedures and guidelines across all
platforms, as well as security structures to support the data sec needs for the
incoming systems. Also, security programs for users and compliance monitoring.
Develop and maintain communication and confidentiality re: company related
business surrounding special projects and company info.
Manage and enforce existing security controls.
HIPAA and other internal and external compliancy programs need to be adhered to
and disseminated where applicable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Five to seven + years of experience and a bachelors degree.
