Position: Application Security Engineer
Location: West Coast, California, United States
Type: Permanent P/T
Closing Date: 2005-07-14
Foundstone are looking for four or five new software security consultants to
help fill the continuing overwhelming demand for our S3i services
(http://www.foundstone.com/s3i ). Candidates will have several years of
commercial software development experience in Java or ASP.NET (C#) and be
competent architects and developers. Job responsibility will include both
security code review of enterprise applications and instruction for our Writing
Secure Code (ASP.NET and Java) classes. We will consider locations in Orange
County, Bay Area or Seattle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least
-3 years of commercial software development experience in Java (J2EE) or
ASP.NET (C#)
- ideally web services implementation experience
- security code review experience preferred
- implementation experience of security features such as MS CAPI, JCE,
authorization and authentication models etc
- Travel expected to be approx 50%
- Must be US Citizen or have H1-B already
