Position: Sr. Security Engineer
Location: Dulles, Virginia, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2005-07-10
This is a full-time position working for a rapidly growing security
organization near Dulles, Virginia. They are looking to increase their staff in
the next 15-30 days. Due to steady increases in sales, we have an immediate
need for a Security Engineer.
As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our clients'
environments. You will work with various technologies including, but not
limited to, PIX, Checkpoint, and Gauntlet Firewalls, Cisco and Snort IDS,
What's Up Gold and HP Open View monitoring tools, as well as VPN and Remedy for
ticketing. This is a very hands-on position in which you will work with all of
these technologies. You will also help troubleshoot customer issues over the
phone, as well as help us develop new products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have experience with security engineering, and be
coming out of a cutting-edge security environment. A minimum of 3-5 years of
experience is required. In addition, any certifications, including CISSP, will
be a plus.
