seeking an energetic, Sales Account Manager to break into new markets while 
increasing business in current client accounts. The business is profitable with 
a tremendous upside potential. This is a well-established company that needs to 
expand its presence in the technology security space. Sales to date have been 
focused on increased volume from existing customers rather than new business 
development. That needs to change! The products involved are leading edge in 
the security marketplace. 

The Vice President of Sales seeks hard working contributors who want to be 
compensated for their effort. This is an excellent opportunity to be rewarded 
and compensated as a direct result of your efforts. If you have 5-8 years with 
proven sales performance history as a strategic account manager and would like 
to join a company that will give you the chance to earn significant incentives, 
this is for you. You must demonstrate leadership skills and success in meeting 
and exceeding your sales goals. This is a solution selling position. You must 
have the technical and sales experience to close the deal with the ability to 
evaluate and assess accounts, leads, including revenue acquisition and margin 
attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
You will be responsible for implementing an account strategy for a full product 
list for leading strategic accounts.

· Stay current on capabilities, capacity and technology.

Job Requirements 
This is a self-directed, rewarding and highly challenging role requiring strong 
time management, interpersonal and business awareness skills. You will be 
exposed to confidential information, future business trends and executives of 
vendors that drive local and global markets. Our success is our client's 
success. We are business partners with our clients. 

We require a sales person with a proven track record of building sales volume 
in the security technology space. The Sales Account Manager will be supported 
by key in house personnel (inside sales, pre-sales, marketing) and will have 
access to a large customer and potential customer database. The Sales Account 
Manager should be well versed in all facets of technology sales including 
customer retention programs, marketing strategies and fulfilment. The candidate 
must be an energetic, motivated, focused individual with experience in 
developing and managing new business over the phone as well. The incumbent will 
manage existing accounts, work from leads generated by marketing and / or 
telesales to develop new revenue sources, and work from leads garnered over 
their professional career. 

The candidate should be well respected within the organization and industry and 
have the following skills/experience: 

Experience Necessary: 
· History and track record of achievement of revenue objectives. 
· Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. 
· Must be able to lead and direct the work of others. 
· Experience in a fast paced distributed environment is desirable. 

· Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. 
. Current income of a minimum of $250K annually
