Mission:

&#61656         To Architect and deliver large and small scale Security 
solutions (in a J2EE world) to customers.  Utilize your pre-existing ability to 
lead a group of developers.
&#61656         To understand the complex needs of customers involved in 
transactionally intensive applications. 
&#61656         To travel extensively to customer sites in the Domestic United 
States, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.  
&#61656         To define all development phases of Projects.   In this role, 
you must wear many hats. You will utilize your intricate understanding of best 
Security practices and your hands on ability to effectively implement the 
components.
&#61656         To provide pre-sales support for our Sales and Management 
staff.  
&#61656         To understand the importance of personal utilization levels.


Character: 

&#61656         5 years of Commercial or Consultative Security experience. 
&#61656         Has superior written and verbal communication skills.
&#61656         Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
&#61656         Has the ability to lead projects technically and 
organizationally.
&#61656         Has the ability to develop and conduct presentations. 



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technology Assets: 

&#61656         J2EE- knowledge.
&#61656         Access Manager, Identitiy Manager, Directory Integrator 
experience
&#61656         Familiarity with Federated Identitiy Management
&#61656         Knowledge of protocols such as – SAML, Liberty, etc.. And 
WS_Security, etc..
&#61656         Single Sign on, Provisioning, experience
&#61656         Ability to architect and implement a complete security solution 
across the Websphere stack including Portal Server.
