Lead Program Manager
Join us in a new product space by building the infrastructure that addresses
the problem of system protection. The Program Manager for Management
Infrastructure is expected to play a leadership role within the System
Protection product team in defining and driving innovation and integration in
the security suite.
The Management Infrastructure team will deliver the suite architecture to
provide immediate value in v1, and set us up for long term success as
additional protection technologies arrive in succeeding versions. You’ll
need to cleanly layer the server infrastructure to be driven by the v1
administrative console, and to integrate within other Microsoft server consoles
in future versions. You and your team will own the data management story for
the server security suite, for example schema definition, how policy and
configuration data is stored, purging collected events & scan data.
These areas require innovative technical solutions, and close cooperation with
the team's architects to define and drive architectural and product
specifications, and drive strategic vision through the SBTU and Microsoft. You
will work with groups across Microsoft, including executives, architects,
program managers, business planners, developers and researchers, to drive
development. You will be responsible for making sure that our offerings are
deployable, scalable, and manageable.
