$75K-$125K plus quarterly bonus
Overview:
Remington Associates, Ltd. is currently seeking several advanced security
consultants to add to our growing team! The ideal candidates will be those who
have come from a strong hands-on background with related network and server
technologies, but have since developed strong capabilities as an architect
and/or project manager.
Your duties will include:
Designing secure solution for networks and network devices.
Advising on technology solutions and IT processes in accordance with best
practices.
Supporting all manner of network devices and applications while maintaining a
strong security focus.
Performing risk assessments of, and penetration tests against systems you may
specialize in.

Qualified candidates will work with Remington Associates’ clients in order
to identify security issues, recommend appropriate safeguards, and implement
security solutions. Candidate may be involved in the following roles auditor,
architect, project manager, technical lead, incident responder, security
strategist, presenter, and implementer.
Requirements:
Certifications
A successful candidate will have one or more of the following certifications:
CISSP, CISA, PMP, SSCP, CISM, MCSE:Security, or similar certification
Technical Skills
You should have skill and experience in configuring, maintaining, and
especially securing at least a few of the following:
Cisco Devices (all kinds)
Check Point Firewalls
RSA Security solutions
Microsoft Workstation and Server Platforms
Active Directory
Exchange Server 2000 & 2003
Enterprise Antivirus Products
Enterprise Monitoring Products
Additional Technical Skills
The following technical skills are desirable:
Network traffic analysis
Vulnerability Scanning
Penetration Testing
Incident Response
Patch Management Solutions
Disaster Recovery
Risk Management
Project & Task Management
Consulting Skills
