Sensory Networks is seeking a motivated and talented sales consultants to work
in our sales offices supporting customer deployments in Europe, Asia and the
USA.
Sensory Networks is looking for the Guy Kawasaki or Steve Jobs of security!
We are seeking a motivated and talented Developer Relations Manager to work in
our California sales office to create a world leading Developer's Program and
ecology of developers around our cutting edge security technology.
Responsibilities:
* Evangelize company technology to developers and the market
* Work with commercial and open source developers to aggressively build a
portfolio of applications compatible with our NodalCore technology
* Build and execute a world class developer relations program including
technical support, training, certification, beta programs, tools and the SDK.
* Build and cultivate a dynamic developer community around Sensory
Networks’ technology
* Deliver workshops on the company's products, technology and APIs
* Work with marketing to drive the company marketing plan, and develop the
SDK/API marketing plan
* Work with product management and engineering to distill requirements from
the market into company product plans
* Define and deliver toolkits, liase as primary contact between external
developers and the company, supplying access to support and materials
JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant MUST have the following qualifications:
* Strong experience in the network security industry, preferably in a
leadership position
* Ability to communicate and evangelize with highly technical programmers
and engineers
* Minimum of 7+ years experience programming, preferably leading a well
known, major security project
* Experience in selling/evangelizing new technology
* Ability to articulate customer feedback for future product development
* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation
skills
* Ability to think and plan both strategically and analytically
* Experience in marketing and/or product management a plus
* Ability to travel frequently
Knowledge and Skills required:
* BE or BS Degree or higher.
* MSEE/MSCS or PhD preferred. Minimum of 7 years in the security industry.
