Job Description:
PricewaterhouseCoopers - The Security & Privacy practice is looking for a
qualified candidate to participate in identification and delivery of a wide
variety of Information Systems security services to clients, supporting
security strategy, assessment and implementation. Projects may include
security policy development, risk assessments of IT environments, network
penetration testing, diagnostic reviews of key platforms (UNIX, NT, Novell,
Oracle, etc), Internet/extranet security (Firewall architecture, Web server
security, VPN, WE Application security, etc), E-commerce security (PKI, EDI,
etc), Intrusion Detection, and CyberCrime response.
Job Requirements:
-Large technology or risk management project expertise that includes the
development of project value propositions, formation of project approaches,
creation of project teams, oversight of project teams, and management of
project economics.
-Experience with recommending and developing systems management, security
management, or identity management technical or management practice solutions.
-Experience in developing the technology or management skills of team members.
-Experience in developing and communicating management level messages for
information security, technology management, or identity management.
- At least 8 years experience in security consulting (Big 4 strongly preferred)
- Experience managing multiple large/small-scale projects with varied levels of
technical difficulty
- Business development capabilities to assist in generating incremental
business/revenue through regional clients **(very important)
- Prior implementation or security review experience with any of the following
technologies: UNIX, Microsoft NT, Novell, AS/400, firewalls, Enterprise
Security Management tools, security assessment software (ESM, Bindview),
intrusion detection systems (ISS, Axent), virtual private network
- Specific experience performing security reviews, penetration tests, security
implementation services, policy and procedure development and security
architecture design
Business Skills Required:
-Strong written and oral communication skills that can be leveraged during
sales presentations or client engagements.
-The ability to work independently with limited supervision by management.
- Demonstrated track record as a team player
- Demonstrated track record in Business Development
Education Requirements:
BA/BS required, MBA and CISA, CISSP and/or CISM certifications preferred.

Job Description:
PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently seeking a qualified professional to join
the Industry leading Identity Management (IdM) group which is part of our
Advisory practice. This professional will need to:
* assist in leading a large Identity Management or Security Infrastructure
implementation
* have a broad-based security background
* develop and maintain client relationships
* develop staff
* develop new business in the Detroit or Minneapolis marketplace
Job Requirements:
Serve as a key fieldwork integrator on a large engagement team assisting with
the design and implementation of Identity Management solutions.
The person will need to be able to develop and maintain client relationships
and develop new security business in the Detroit or Minneapolis/St.Paul
marketplace.
The roles and responsibilities of an Identity Management (IdM) Manager include:
* Strong understanding of the current Identity Management technologies. For
example Netegrity, Oblix, IBM Tivoli and OpenNetwork
* Understanding of the meta-directory tools and user provisioning technologies
such as Microsoft MIIS and SUN Waveset
* Hands-on experience with at least one of the IdM technologies
* Experience with deploying IdM solutions in an enterprise environment
* Planning and delivering security presentations to key clients
* Lead and manage projects to deliver IdM solution to clients
* Lead the efforts of responding to RFP(s) and develop Statement Of Works (SOW)
for clients
* Participate in the sales activities including identifying opportunities,
meeting with clients, negotiate deals and manage client relationship.
In addition to technical skills, strong communication skills are required.
Successful deployment of complex identity management solutions requires
effective communications with the client through all phases of the systems
development lifecycle. Part of the candidate’s role is to identify areas
where opportunities or risks exist, facilitate communication between the groups
and suggest alternatives and mutually agreeable solutions.
Ability to articulate recommendations to client's complex business problems
through the use of written reports and presentations is required. Demonstrate
and apply advanced understanding of complex IT systems. Experience directing,
supervising, and reviewing work of others is also required.
8-10 years experience with the above job requirements.
