Position: Jr. Security Analyst
Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 05/25/2005

We are looking for someone who is passionate about his/her work and is not
afraid to dig in.

effort with little or no supervision, enjoys providing input at meetings,
writing reports and just overall enjoying what you do.
Key Role:
Provide system vulnerability and penetration testing to support the
computer/telecom network defense assessment mission for classified government
client(s) in support of their automated information systems.
Provide extensive computer and telecom security and penetration testing.
You will be working in what is undoubtedly the worlds most equipped lab.
Your projects could be as simple as testing a
firewall to a complete VoIP system.
Clearance:
Applicant(s) selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Working experience with vulnerability tools such as Nessus, Retina etc.
Experience using a wide variety of vulnerability assessment and hacker tools is
a MUST.
Candidate should have extensive experience in network skills including TCP/IP,
OSI Model and protocols, router/switch/hub experience and VPN.
In addition, candidate should have application skills with firewalls, UNIX,
Windows, Cisco and various client/applications.
VoIP experience, VLAN, a big PLUS!
Functional/Industry Knowledge:
-3+ years of experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
(mandatory)
-Telecom experience/knowledge a PLUS!
-Experience with systems and network administration and vulnerability
assessments
-Knowledge of OS security auditing and vulnerability analysis for all flavors of
Windows, UNIX, LINUX, Solaris, and HPUX, and various database's (Oracle, MSQL,
etc.), webservers.
-Ability to interface with all levels of management and different government
organizations
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Education/Certifications or equivalent required:
BA or BS degree in Information Systems, CS, or a related field required.
Must be willing to relocate to sunny Sierra Vista, Az.!
