Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Haywards Heath, , GB
Type: Permanent F/T

Impressive global financial services organisation who are leaders in their
chosen market place. Strong corporate identity with a commitment to the
development of their staff.
Extremely visible role within the organisation. You will be responsible for
the delivery of projects – one of the main projects will be looking at
the operational risk aspects of Basel and working closely with the operational
risk team to deliver. You must be open to managing change and dealing with
multiple projects at any one time. You will ideally come from an IT Project
management background, with experience of compliance, business continuity, SOX
and information security.
·Work with the corporate IT Security and Compliance teams to deliver on
a project to identify and address issues relevant to security and operational
risk within the business
·Delivery of Basel2 and operational risk
·Delivery of IT security risk identification project
·Work closely with and manage relationships within IT, and the business
in general to facilitate delivery on projects
·Review, create and update processes relating to compliance and
operational risk within the remit of IT security
Location: Yorkshire
Remuneration Package: Base Salary of £30-40,000 + Car Allowance
£5,000 + Bonus (can earn up to 22% of salary annually) + Final Salary
Pension Scheme + Healthcare
JOB REQUIREMENTS

·Degree Educated
·Project Delivery Experience – 3 to 5 years minimum
·Team Management Experience – 3 to 5 years minimum
·Experience within IT Security, IT Security Compliance and IT Security
Audit
·Minimum of 1 year’ s exposure to SOX
·Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers
